Senior Business Analyst – Banking Applications

Gather, elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from clients, product owners, and banking stakeholders. Perform gap analysis on existing business processes and recommend suitable system and process improvements. Deliver end-to-end system analysis and design across banking, wealth management, payment, and public sector application projects. Manage product backlogs, change requests, impact analysis documents, sprint priorities, and release coordination activities. Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, technical teams, and upstream/downstream systems to define features, prototypes, APIs, and integration requirements. Coordinate testing activities, prioritize defect fixes, conduct sprint demos, support UAT, industrial testing, and production implementation. Perform post-production verification and support continuous improvements for banking platforms, pricing systems, payment channels, IAM, and client-facing applications.
