About this role
Manage customer engagement and support activities for enterprise clients across SaaS, market intelligence, and financial services accounts. Coordinate with clients to understand business needs and translate insights into client-ready solutions and service materials. Support account retention, renewal preparation, upsell opportunities, and customer value enhancement activities. Maintain CRM records, client profiles, campaign performance data, and lead qualification information. Analyze customer engagement metrics, sales funnel performance, and campaign outcomes to improve client satisfaction. Work with internal sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to resolve customer issues and support service delivery. Prepare client presentations, reports, follow-ups, and engagement materials for ongoing customer success and account support.
