About this role
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, reports, and solution requirements. Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, risks, and areas for operational improvement. Coordinate with sales, product, operations, and technology teams to support solution delivery and implementation. Maintain CRM records, client data, dashboards, and business reports to support decision-making. Support testing, user feedback collection, issue tracking, and post-implementation review activities. Prepare business presentations, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders and management review.
