Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Case Administration Officer to provide administrative and operational support for case management and service coordination activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to initiatives that support individuals and families in the community. Key Responsibilities• Provide administrative and operational support for case management processes • Process applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records within internal systems • Coordinate appointments, referrals, follow-ups, and scheduling arrangements • Attend to enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally and promptly • Prepare reports, correspondence, documentation, and case-related records • Support officers with client follow-ups and documentation tracking • Assist with procurement coordination, inventory management, and operational support duties • Accompany officers for outreach sessions or home visits when required • Perform general administrative duties and support ad-hoc assignments as assigned Requirements• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent • Prior experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or case support will be advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organised, meticulous, and able to manage confidential information responsibly • Comfortable handling administrative and system-related tasks • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team • Candidates available immediately or on short notice will be preferred Preferred Qualities• Passionate about supporting social and community initiatives • Empathetic, patient, and service-oriented personality • Responsible, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?• Gain valuable exposure within the Government and Social Service sector • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful community initiatives • Structured and supportive working environment • Hands-on experience in case coordination and operational support • Convenient work location with accessible public transport options Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
