About this role
Key Responsibilities • Provide operational support for Azure cloud infrastructure and associated services. • Respond to incidents, service requests, and event alerts within defined service level agreements (SLAs). • Provide 24/7 production support. • Perform troubleshooting across Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics. • Execute routine operational tasks such as system monitoring, health checks, service restarts, backup verification, and configuration validation. • Manage and support monthly patching activities for Windows and Linux environments. • Assist in change implementation, maintenance activities, and patch deployments following established procedures. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation and ticketing records. • Adhere to incident, problem, change, and request management processes. • Support compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and operational standards. • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and service management teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement Required Qualifications & Skills • Business Information Technology (including e-commerce technology, business information systems) • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with AWS / Azure cloud environments. • Strong understanding of networking principles. • Experience in system administration for both Windows and Linux environments. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Terraform, configuration management, and continuous integration tools. • Proven experience managing patching cycles in enterprise environments. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment. • Knowledge of ITIL processes or service management frameworks. • Relevant Azure certifications are a plus.
