About this role
Job Scope: • Engage and build relationships with religious groups and community organisations • Support and organise community engagement programmes and initiatives • Work with government agencies and community partners to promote social harmony • Coordinate activities, learning journeys, and dialogues for Harmony Circles • Support national events such as Racial and Religious Harmony Month, Chingay, andNational Day • Review engagement activities and suggest improvements • Provide administrative support for meetings and coordination work • Assist with Harmony Fund evaluation and disbursement processes Requirements: • Has at least 2-3 years experience working with community groups • Strong acumen for data and financials and literacy skills (Microsoft Officesoftware) • Willing and able to assist with ad-hoc tasks • Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements withcommunity leaders • Positive attitude and willing to learn • Able to engage stakeholders and volunteers effectively • High level of initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. • Able to multi-task, work under tight schedules in a dynamic and fast-paced workenvironment • Personal interest in building and strengthening community relationships.
