About this role
Job Scope • Manage the daily operations of the Accounts Department. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and capital assets. • Prepare and submit GST returns to IRAS. • Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records. • Process vendor payments and manage collections from customers. • Handle the full set of accounts, including monthly bank reconciliations. • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and treasury reports. • Coordinate year-end closing activities and support annual audits. • Monitor revenue, expenditure, and inventory records, including monthly stock takes. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and statutory requirements. • Liaise with finance system vendors on software maintenance and support. • Coordinate ACRA filings and assist with corporate tax matters. • Perform customer billing, generate sales reports, and manage claims through the Concur system. • Provide administrative, finance, and HR support as required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent • 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, or analysis • Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and inventory reconciliation • Strong knowledge of US GAAP (required); Exchequer experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English (written and spoken) • Good time management, able to work independently • Positive attitude and strong team player All qualified applicants, please send in your resume to: medicalhealth@recruitexpress.com.sg Tricia Celestine Goh (R1981653) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
