Contracts Manager

[Job ID: 1065233-R] Responsibilities: • Lead a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance direction to achieve project and departmental objectives. • Oversee full contract administration activities, including review of contract terms, negotiation with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and management of all contractual correspondence and documentation. • Drive project commercial performance by monitoring cost control, project budgeting, and profitability (P&L), including inter-project and inter-company cost allocations. • Manage and resolve all contractual and commercial matters, including variation orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, loss and expense claims, subcontract final accounts, and dispute resolution. • Establish and implement QS systems and processes, including procurement strategies, risk assessment, value engineering initiatives, and continuous improvement of contract and cost management practices. Requirements: • At least 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects, preferably design and build. • Experience in LTA MRT projects as a main contractor’s representative is an advantage.  We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
