Job Overview • Location: St Andrew’s Junior College • Employment Type: Part-Time Contract (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027) • Working Schedule: Exactly 15 working days per month • Working Hours:Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break) & Fridays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break) • Other Days: Arranged separately on a flexible/need-to basis with the manager • Rest Days: Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and all gazetted public holidays Roles & Responsibilities You will support the Administration Manager and the School Admin team with the following operations: 1. Finance & Accounts Handling • Process school finance workflows including payment vouchers, fee collections, and school accounts. • Manage administrative tasks and accounts directly tracking operations for the Hostel. 2. Student Matters Management • Update tracking systems with student accomplishments across CCA and CIP (Values in Action) records. 3. General Office Processes • Perform front counter duties and provide support to school management committees. • Track inventory logs, manage physical/digital filing structures, and handle standard documentation. Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience • GCE 'O' Level certificate or higher academic qualifications. • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an administrative role. • Prior school environment experience is highly preferred.
