Job Overview • Location: 31 Woodlands Crescent • Employment Type: Full-Time Contract-1 October 2026 to 31 March 2028 • Working Hours:Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break) & Fridays: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break) Note: Hours may be adjusted to start later at 7:00 AM based on the school's operational needs. • Rest Days: Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and all gazetted public holidays. Roles & Responsibilities With guidance from permanent school staff, you will manage the school reception area and support administrative workflows: 1. Counter & Visitor Management • Oversee the reception area and assist students, parents, and incoming public visitors. • Answer telephone inquiries and efficiently route messages or coordinate with staff. • Attend to contractors, logging requests and contacting Operations Support Officers. 2. Deliveries & Access Control • Receive all deliveries (parcels, mail, supplier items, or drop-offs from parents). • Manage distribution of facility keys and operate the office key presses securely. 3. Student Support & Logistics • Coordinate student logistics such as early dismissals, sick bay monitoring, and log updates. • Distribute student items including certificates, uniform items, bandages, and ice packs. • Liaise on operational tracking like Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) application statuses. 4. Admin & Emergency Support • Assist with simple admin functions like data entry, checking documents, or shredding. • Participate in safety exercises, including emergency preparedness, lockdown, and fire drills. Job Requirements Minimal Qualifications & Experience • Education: GCE 'N' Level Certificate with 3 or more passes. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in front desk, admin, or customer service roles (prior experience in a Singapore MOE school is highly advantageous). • Language: Able to converse clearly in English, and preferably fluent in either Chinese, Malay, or Tamil to assist non-English speaking visitors. • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for basic data entry. • Traits: Possess a pleasant, welcoming demeanor and a strong customer service mindset.
