About this role
• Develop detailed cost estimates for each phase of the Turnaround preparation. • Manage the scope change and control processes. • Establish and implement standardized data gathering and storage techniques to ensure accurate actual costs and forecasting. • Monitor and analyze event costs related to labor, materials, and third-party contractors. • Work with the Planning team to define contracting strategies, manage the bidding process, evaluate proposals, and facilitate contract awards. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure full understanding and compliance with TA policies and procedures. • Verify contractor claims and daily logs to ensure alignment with established contractual rates. • Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports. • Collaborate withcross-functional stakeholders to execute and finalize the end-to-end TA cost control process Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering or related field. • Work experience in cost engineering, project control, turnaround project. • Knowledge and application of turnaround planning and Microsoft Power-point, Excel, Word, and SAP preferred. • Experience in refinery and petrochemical project would be an advantage.
