CONTRACT JOBS!2 Year Contract(with possibility of extension)Crisis Preparedness for Religious Organisations (CPRO) CoordinatorSINGAPOREANS/PRs ONLY ($4,500.00-$5,500.00)LOCATION Central JOB SUMMARY The role focuses on strengthening the crisis preparedness and resilience of religious organisations in Singapore through the planning, implementation and continuous enhancement of the CPRO programme. Responsibilities include building partnerships with religious groups, security agencies and community stakeholders, coordinating training and capability-building initiatives, and overseeing programme operations, communications and reporting. The role also supports national security and social cohesion efforts by enhancing emergency preparedness, contingency planning and crisis response capabilities within the religious sector. JOB DESCRIPTION • Support and drive the planning, implementation and continuous improvement of the CPRO programme to strengthen the crisis preparedness of religious organisations in Singapore. • Build and manage partnerships with religious organisations, security agencies, community partners, vendors and other stakeholders to support effective programme delivery and sector preparedness. • Oversee the development, coordination and delivery of training, capability-building and engagement initiatives, including emergency response, contingency planning, psychological resilience and related programmes. • Manage programme operations, communications and performance tracking, including publicity, stakeholder engagement, microsite content, databases, registrations, training statistics, feedback analysis and reporting. • Contribute to broader national security, resilience and social cohesion objectives by strengthening the preparedness, coordination and crisis response capabilities of the religious sector. JOBREQUIREMENTS • Has at least three (3)years’ experience working with community groups - NGOs, VWOs and • Government Agencies would be an advantage • Good spoken and written English, proficiency in mother tongue languages and dialects will be an advantage • Strong acumen for data and financials and literacy skills (Microsoft Office software) • Willing and able to assist with ad-hoc tasks • Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with • community leaders • Positive attitude and willing to learn • Able to engage stakeholders and volunteers effectively • High level ofinitiative with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. • Able to multi-task,work under tight schedules in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment • Personal interest inbuilding and strengthening community relationships.
