CONTRACT JOBS!2 Years Contract(with possibility of extension)Plans and Programmes Coordinator SINGAPOREANS/PRs ONLY ($4,000.00-$4,800.00)LOCATION Central JOB SUMMARY The Plans and Programmes Coordinator supports the strategic planning and development of community engagement initiatives involving religious organisations and stakeholders. The role involves coordinating long-term planning efforts, monitoring engagement targets, developing and managing IT tools for stakeholder tracking, and supporting capability development and partnership initiatives related to inter-religious relations, social cohesion, multiculturalism, and crisis preparedness within the community sector. JOB DESCRIPTION • Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scans of community engagement efforts with religious organisations • Track key engagement targets for Harmony Circle Office, and develop initiatives to attain these outcomes • Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements • Assist with any other capability development and partnership initiatives pertaining to inter-religious relations, social cohesion, crisis preparedness for religious organisations, and multiculturalism JOBREQUIREMENTS • Has at least three (3)years’ experience working with community groups - NGOs, VWOs and GovernmentAgencies would be an advantage • Good spoken andwritten English, proficiency in mother tongue languages and dialects will be anadvantage • Strong acumen for dataand financials and literacy skills (Microsoft Office software) • Willing and able toassist with ad-hoc tasks • Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders • Positive attitude and willing to learn • Able to engage stakeholders and volunteers effectively • High level of initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. • Able to multi-task, work under tight schedules in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment • Personal interest inbuilding and strengthening community relationships.
