About this role
Your new company Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire a Customer Care Officer Location: Kallang Salary: up to $2,800 + enhanced bonus scheme upon completion of milestones (Start, half and end, 0.5 months) Work hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm Your new role • Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction • Simultaneously handle multiple chats • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs. • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.) • Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.) • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned What you'll need to succeed • At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service in contact centre and/or handling chat enquiries • Strong customer service skills What you'll get in return This is an exciting opportunity to join an MNC.
