About this role
Join our team in a dynamic outsourced project role. We are seeking service-oriented and detail-oriented individuals to support customer service and administrative operations to ensure smooth coordination of appointments, registrations, and ceremony-related activities. Key responsibilities: • Support stakeholders in queue management and administrative matters to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies. • Assist with verification of documents and declarations based on provided guidelines and checklists. • Direct guests upon completion of their appointments to facilitate incoming visitors and ensure smooth operations. • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times. • Ensure supporting documents and submitted information are complete and accurate. • Support the preparation, printing, and issuance of ceremonial or registration documents using self-service systems or kiosks. • Perform daily setup and closing of service counters, kiosks, and operational areas. • Prepare simple reports, statistics, and administrative records as required. • Monitor the usage of self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting support to the guests. • Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Requirements: • Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent and above. • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service. • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Presentable, reliable, and customer-focused attitude • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision Working Place: Singapore 039802 Job Type: Full-time, Contract Contract Period: 24 months Working time: Monday to Saturday: 8 am – 5:30 pm Work Location: In person
