Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support project coordination, internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities, while contributing to digital and data-related initiatives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management • Manage sub-projects from end-to-end, under the guidance of the project team • Track and manage project deliverables to ensure timelines, progress, and requirements are met • Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, align expectations, and communicate updates and milestones in a timely manner • Prepare proposals, presentation materials, and supporting documents to facilitate discussions and decision-making • Support project administration, including documentation, records management, and coordination of implementation, events, and engagement activities 2. Internal Communications • Develop visually appealing and effective communication materials (e.g. EDMs, newsletters, internal announcements, and engagement materials) • Ensure communication materials convey clear, concise, and impactful messaging that complements the visual design • Perform basic monitoring and analysis of engagement metrics (e.g. click-through rates) • Support SharePoint and intranet page development and maintenance • Maintain and update internal knowledge-sharing and engagement platforms 3. Procurement Support • Provide procurement support, including sourcing and comparing quotations in compliance with organizational procurement guidelines • Support the procurement and coordination of materials, tokens, or prizes for events and engagement activities 5. Administrative Tasks • Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and relevant project metrics for reporting purposes • Provide administrative and operational support, including other duties as assigned from time to time Requirements: • Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution, with 3 years of relevant work experience. • At least 2 years of experience in internal communications experience (i.e creating effective & visually appealing communication materials such as EDMs, newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement materials) • At least 2 years of proven project management experience (e.g. driving small-scale projects end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing timelines) • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or communication tools • Strong ability to simplify and present complex concepts into a clear, concise, and actionable messages. • Excellent communication skills, with minimum 1 year of experience in developing presentation decks and proposals • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Knowledge or experience in data and/or digital domains is preferred. Remark: Provide a portfolio of at least 3 work samples/projects, demonstrating previous experience in communication design, presentations, proposals and engagement work.
