About this role
Responsibilities: • Provide frontline customer service support to couples and visitors at the Registries of Civil and Muslim Marriages (ROM/M) • Assist with registration and reception duties for solemnisation appointments • Support queue management and ensure the smooth flow of customer appointments and ceremonies • Handle general customer enquiries and provide accurate information on registration procedures and requirements • Assist customers with the use of self-service kiosks and provide basic troubleshooting support • Support document verification processes and administrative activities in accordance with established guidelines • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey • Assist with the setup and closing of customer service areas, solemnisation rooms andself-service kiosks • Maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports when required • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the management Requirements: • Minimum ITE, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification • At least 1 year of customer service, front desk,hospitality, retail, healthcare or administrative experience • Able to communicate effectively in both Englishand Mandarin • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable interacting with members of the public in a professional environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer usage • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Responsible, proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team Additional: • Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm Saturday: 8.00am to 5.30pm Off on Sundays and Public Holidays • Work Location Esplanade Mall EA Personnel Name: Jackie Ng EA Personnel No: R22109024 EA License No: 95C5411
