Deployment Analyst

Job Description ·      We are looking for a Deployment Analyst to support and track all pre-cutover and cutover activities for large-scale implementations (preferably SAP programs).  ·      The role involves coordinating across teams, maintaining cutover plans, and ensuring smooth execution during cutover night.  Key Responsibilities  ·      Assist in drafting and updating Cutover Plan Level 1 (Cutover Sequence Document) for rollout entities  ·      Support preparation and tracking of Cutover Master Plan (Level 2 & Level 3) covering all pre-cutover activities ·       Prepare and maintain Cutover Night activity documentation  ·      Track and monitor Cutover Night execution (roster-based shifts) and provide real-time status updates  ·      Assist in building and managing Cutover Night roster plans Coordinate and track key pre-cutover activities such as: Data Collection Template (DCT)  ·      Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Revalidation (RVE) testing  ·      Collaborate with PMO, technical, and business teams to ensure readiness for deployment.  Required Skills  ·      Experience in end-to-end project implementation, preferably SAP  ·      Exposure to Deployment / Cutover / PMO activities  ·      Strong coordination and tracking skills  ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
