RESPONSIBILITIES Helpdesk Support and End-User Services • Manage IT Helpdesk calls and service requests, ensuring all incidents, issues, and requests are properly logged, tracked, and resolved. • Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, and applications. • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for end users. User and Systems Administration • Administer user accounts, including account creation, deactivation, and the purging of disabled accounts. • Administer printer servers, including printer installation and folder mapping. • Administer email accounts and phone systems. Infrastructure and Endpoint Management • Manage Windows 11 environments, including monthly patching, operating system upgrades, and system imaging. • Perform hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics for laptops and desktops. • Provide first-level network troubleshooting and administer the guest network. • Administer and support projectors, audio-visual systems, and meeting room equipment. Asset Management, Reporting, and Vendor Coordination • Manage inventory for laptops, desktops, IT peripherals, and software assets. • Prepare slides for weekly team meetings and reports as required. • Coordinate with vendors performing maintenance or recovery work on IT equipment. Operational Support and After-Hours Duties • Participate in the after-hours duty phone rotation. • Provide support on weekends or outside office hours when required. • Perform ad-hoc IT-related tasks as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager. QUALIFICATIONS • Diploma in IT or related fields • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support. • At least 1 year of experience managing and administering Microsoft 365. • Willingness to work on Jurong Island once a week or as assigned. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central will be an advantage. • ITIL Foundation Certification will be an advantage.
