DevSecOPS Cloud Engineer

Job Highlights• Work Location: 1 Depot Rd, Defence Technology Tower A, Singapore 109679 • Employment Type: 12-Month Contract • Salary: Up to SGD 7,800 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus Key ResponsibilitiesDevSecOps Engineering & Digital Platform Enhancement • Implement continuous improvements for Digital Platforms, including Enterprise Common Services and DevSecOps pipelines. • Enhance automation, scalability, and security of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools. • Ensure all platform enhancements meet security, quality, and compliance standards. Cloud Platform Operations & Governance • Manage, plan, and track operations of MCC and related cloud platform activities. • Provide support and coordinate with stakeholders and appointed partners. • Ensure operational processes align with governance, compliance, and service standards. Technical Advisory & Compliance Assurance • Provide technical advisory and consultancy on solution design, architecture, and compliance requirements. • Ensure all implementations are well-documented and adhere to best practices and regulatory standards. Risk Management & Cross-Team Collaboration • Identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. • Work closely with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless DevSecOps integration. • Drive alignment across teams to support secure, scalable cloud environments. ✅ Who We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or DevSecOps project management. • Strong understanding of DevSecOps concepts, pipelines, and security practices. • Familiarity with CIS benchmarks and compliance requirements for managed systems. • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices. • Experience in defence or public sector projects is an advantage. • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or other major providers) are a plus. Must-Have Skills• Basic knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and tools. • Ability to ensure compliance across managed systems and environments. • Strong supervisory, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Proven ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
