About this role
Responsibilities • Process Fee Assistance applications submitted by Student Care Centres • Assess applications against scheme eligibility criteria and recommend suitable subsidy support and assistance duration • Review and manage appeal cases from parents, Student Care Centre operators, social workers, and other relevant parties • Process refunds for overpayments where required • Use internal systems to process applications efficiently and accurately • Ensure applications received are complete and follow up with stakeholders for missing information when necessary • Maintain good understanding of scheme eligibility criteria and Standard Operating Procedures • Support high volume case processing while ensuring accuracy and compliance • Perform any other duties assigned by management Requirements • Degree holders. • Strong analytical and assessment skills • Able to evaluate applications against eligibility criteria accurately • Comfortable managing high volume workloads in a fast-paced environment • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel • Able to learn and operate various systems effectively • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Diligent, proactive, and able to multitask • Able to work independently as well as in a team Other Information • Contract position • Suitable for candidates with administrative, operations, claims processing, case processing, or application assessment experience Interested applicants, apply now via MyCareersFuture.
