Escort Officer (Operation Support | Office Hours | Central)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual in supporting on-site operations. In this role, you will oversee vendors during maintenance and upgrading works, helping to ensure that all activities are carried out smoothly and in line with approved guidelines. Nearest MRT: Outram Park Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9:00am – 6:30pm, Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm Salary: Up to $2,580/month Duration: 6-12 months contract Key Responsibilities:• Accompany and supervise vendors during General Repair & Redecoration (GR&R), maintenance, and ad hoc M&E works • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved scope, and monitor/report any irregularities or non-compliance • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to facilitate smooth on-site operations • Maintain basic records and documentation of works carried out Key Requirements:• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level qualification or equivalent. • Able to perform duties that may involve physical tasks (e.g. carrying files or cartons) • Basic command of English to support communication and documentation • Responsible, attentive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team If this opportunity aligns with your experience and interests, we welcome your application.
