Events & Training Coordinator (School)

Salary: S$2,760/month Location: Buona Vista Duration: 6 months (1 Jul 2026 – 30 Nov 2026) Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office Hours About the Role This role focuses on coordinating training programmes, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth end-to-end programme execution within a school setting. Responsibilities: • Provide admin and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, and study visits • Manage programme administration including course creation, participant registration, attendance tracking, and evaluations • Coordinate logistics such as venue arrangements, travel bookings, and programme materials • Support procurement processes and track programme-related expenditures • Assist in billing and payment processing for vendors and trainers • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and KPI achievement • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with service standards Requirements: • Min.
