Finance Assistant (Contract, 6 months) | $2,700/month Working Hours: • Mon–Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm • Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm Contract: • 6 months (Immediate start) ⏱️ We are hiring a Finance Assistant x1 to support data verification and reconciliation for fees collection records. Key Responsibilities: • Verify fees collection records against source data for accuracy • Identify and flag payment discrepancies and errors • Highlight records requiring correction • Document findings in a clear and organised manner • Assist in updating and correcting records as guided Requirements: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data filtering) • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Good communication skills • Prior experience in data verification / reconciliation or similar role preferred Join us and support accurate and efficient financial record management!
