Guidance Officer - Woodlands

ContractPeriod: Period:1 July 2026 – 20 November 2026 Total Est.: 624 hours – 6.5 hours per day Working hours (during school terms): ·       Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm (6.5 working hours per day, inclusive of a 0.5-hour break) Scope of Services: 1) Student Management &Supervision 2) Investigative & Case Support 3) Student Engagement & Mentorship 4) Parent Engagement 5) Documentation & Case Management 6) Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) 7) Administrative Support Qualifications, skills and experience: 1.     Must be registered with MOE. 2.     Must come from a former uniformed service/Ministry of Social Service background, such as the police, prison service or equivalent. 3.     Must have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working directly with at-risk youth in educational, community, or correctional settings. Working at a primary school setting will be an added advantage. 4.     Should demonstrate a strong passion for working with children and a genuine belief in their potential for growth and development.
