About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the HR department • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases • Assist in recruitment activities (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews) • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports • Support onboarding and offboarding processes • Handle staff enquiries on HR-related matters • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records • Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies Requirements • Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Able to handle confidential information with discretion • Working location: Pasir Ris • Working hrs: Mon to Fri office hours Interested candidate please send resume to ek@businessedge.com.sg Eric Kng Chip Guan (CEI.
