About this role
Responsibilities: • Acts as a trusted business advisor within the JV organization with frequent interactions with project management on related project issues. • Plays a key role in developing, administering and communicating policies and procedures for new JV office. • Ensure the organization is run under the best practice in Administrative and HR operations to support project execution. • Plans and arranges meetings, travel, accommodation for visitors and events, and coordinates applying for international travel documents. • Contributes to the development of company initiatives. • Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues. • Act as representative for JV office and work closely with HR and Admin Department from JV partners • Performs other general administrative duties as needed. • Ensures adequate resources and equipment are available and properly maintained for project support staff. • Negotiates and manages supplier contracts associated with JV office equipment and resources • Oversees operations records for project staff, including timesheets, leave planning and records etc. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree with at least 5 years’ or Diploma with at least 10 years’ experience in progressive administration and HR. • Able to work under minimal direction and supervision. • Hands-on person with experience working in a start-up environment. • Experience working in a Joint Venture set up is a plus.
