Workflow Developer (Central/5days/Office Hours/Contract)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Workflow Developer to support the design, development, and optimization of automated business workflows and solutions. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate operational requirements into scalable, structured, and reliable workflow applications that improve business efficiency and process automation. Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Development & Automation• Develop, configure, and enhance workflow applications to support business operations and improve efficiency • Build and integrate automated processes using scripting, logic rules, and event triggers • Design data structures and workflow logic to ensure scalability and maintainability • Optimize workflows for performance, usability, and long-term sustainability Integration & System Enhancement• Integrate applications with APIs and third-party systems to support seamless data flow • Troubleshoot and enhance existing workflows and system processes • Support deployment activities, version control, and release management practices Quality Assurance & Documentation• Conduct unit testing and support functional/UAT testing with stakeholders • Maintain technical documentation including workflows, architecture, data structures, and integration logic • Ensure compliance with internal standards and development best practices Collaboration & Continuous Improvement• Work closely with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions • Participate in workflow mapping, process analysis, and solution design discussions • Recommend improvements to existing systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency Business Edge Personnel Services Singapore  EA License No: 96C4864  EA Personnel Reg No: R26159908 (Tan Ying Ying)
