About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investigation Officer in the aviation industry to support regulatory enforcement and compliance efforts. This role involves conducting investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, and preparing comprehensive reports to support decision-making and legal processes. You will work closely with the Team Lead as part of a 3-member team in a collaborative and professional environment. Key Responsibilities• Conduct investigations into alleged regulatory breaches in accordance with established procedures • Interview witnesses and involved parties, and obtain accurate statements • Gather, handle, and preserve evidence in a structured and compliant manner • Prepare clear and comprehensive investigation reports and case documentation • Analyse findings and provide recommendations based on evidence collected • Support legal or prosecution processes where required, including preparing documentation • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate investigation outcomes Requirements• At least 5 years of relevant experience in investigative or related roles • Demonstrated experience in conducting interviews and obtaining statements from relevant parties • Experience in evidence gathering, handling, and preservation • Ability to prepare clear and structured investigation reports and case documentation • Familiarity with supporting legal or prosecution processes will be an advantage • Experience in participating in legal proceedings (e.g., providing testimony) will be an advantage • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Additional Information• This role reports to the Team Lead within a small, collaborative team • Travel to the East region may be required • Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
