What You'll Be Doing1) Read web novels across different genres — fantasy, romance, urban, sci-fi, historical and more. 2) Identify stories with strong growth and adaptation potential. 3) Share feedback and suggestions with authors to help improve reader engagement and content performance. 4) Analyse reader behaviour, content trends, and market developments to understand what makes a story succeed. 5) Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in the global web novel market. 6) Explore opportunities for stories to grow beyond novels into animations, dramas, games, merchandise, and other IP formats. 7) Track content performance and support data-driven decision making.
