Key Responsibilities • Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure delivery remains on track. • Identify process gaps, gather business requirements, and create or refine user stories. • Collaborate with regional process owners and AI teams to map current and future-state processes, and support the integration of solutions into business-as-usual operations. • Partner with Regional and Technology teams on solution design and deployment, while providing operational inputs throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare test datasets for proof of concepts (POCs), and monitor solution performance and accuracy. • Ensure compliance with governance standards, partnering with Risk and Compliance teams where required. • Support user training and communications for Operations teams on newly delivered solutions. Basic Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy, or a related discipline. • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, business support, or a similar role within banking or financial services is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Comfortable working with data in Excel and preparing simple reports or presentations. • Strong attention to detail with an interest in process improvement and operational efficiency. • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced banking environment. • We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
