Logistics Coordinator (Air & Sea Freight) | MNC | Woodlands

Our client is a global leader in life sciences and biotechnology solutions, headquartered in the United States, with Singapore operations based in Woodlands. The organization is well known for its innovation-driven culture and strong commitment to operational excellence.The below position is open urgently: Position: Logistics Coordinator Employment Type: 12 months renewable contract Location: Woodlands, Singapore Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm Key Responsibilities • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure clean and complete order processing. • Understand customer requirements and arrange appropriate logistics solutions. • Manage coordination of international air shipments and domestic deliveries. • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics service providers to secure shipment space and arrangements. • Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure goods are packed and ready for dispatch or collection. • Prepare, verify, and manage full set of shipping documentation for both domestic and international shipments. • Track shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics or delivery-related issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ISO 13485 standards, and regulatory requirements. • Support ad hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks as required Requirements • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline. • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, order processing, or shipment coordination. • Hands-on experience with international and domestic shipping arrangements and documentation. • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system. • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
