LOGISTICS PLANNER

A Logistics Planner coordinates the end-to-end movement of goods, optimizing supply chain operations, transport routes, and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery . Key responsibilities include planning daily transportation, managing inventory accuracy, coordinating with freight forwarders, and improving logistics efficiency to reduce costs. Key Responsibilities • Transport & Route Planning: Create, optimize, and schedule daily delivery routes for fleets to maximize efficiency. • Supply Chain Coordination: Manage shipping and delivery between warehouses, manufacturing sites, and final customers. • Inventory & Documentation: Monitor inventory levels (stock reconciliation/cycle counting) and prepare necessary shipping documents, invoices, and permits. • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, 3rd party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to resolve issues. • Process Improvement: Participate in logistics process enhancements, analyze logistics trends, and maintain compliance with company policies.
