Job Responsibilities: • Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. • Observe and learn from experienced staff members. • Understand company policies, protocols, and processes. • Take detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff. • Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship. • Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes. • Prepare documents and updating records. • Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings. • Travel to different offices and participating in daily operations as required. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant. • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work effectively both individually and in a team • Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn, question and contribute in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Note: • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
