About this role
Job Scope: • Stakeholder Management and Partnerships - Identify and engage partners who can deliver programmes that genuinely address youth needs across Singapore. - Co-shape programme proposals that create value for all parties, structuring grants and support mechanisms to achieve meaningful youth outcomes. - Build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Partnership Development - Support partnership development through targeted business development and planning. - Comprehensive partnership agreements that clearly outline deliverables and success indicators, ensuring all parties understand their commitments and expected outcomes. - Contribute to developing partnership strategies that align with organisational goals and objectives, helping to create a cohesive approach to youth sector collaboration. • Grant Administration and Management - Identify innovative approaches to strengthen partnerships with organisations that support client's strategic focus areas, using grants as powerful tools for achieving shared outcomes. - Administer grant schemes and utilising other resources as strategic levers to incentivise partner collaboration; conducting regular on-site visits to observe youth community builders' engagement with youths. - Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure smooth implementation projects to achieve desired grant outcomes. - Ensure proper stewardship of public resources, via meticulous attention to governance standards and accounting procedures. Requirements: • Partnership Building Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships. • Grants Administration Experience in managing funding schemes, including application processes, compliance, and financial reporting. • Project Management Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently. • Youth Sector Insight Familiarity with youth trends, challenges, and opportunities in Singapore’s social landscape. • Governance & Accountability A strong sense of integrity and commitment to upholding transparent and responsible grant practices.
