Budget: Up to $3,450 per month Contract Duration: 8 months Start Date: ASAP Location: Pasir Panjang Job ScopeThe selected candidate will support key national initiatives under SG Women in Tech (SG WIT) and SG Digital Scholarship programmes, focusing on marketing, communications, operations, and stakeholder coordination. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting marketing, communications, and event management activities for SG Women in Tech (SG WIT) and SG Digital Scholarship programmes • Tracking programme outcomes, KPIs, and budget utilisation for both initiatives • Providing administrative and operational support to the SGWIT and SG Digital Scholarship teams • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external partners, and outsourced vendors to execute programme activities • Supporting scholarship application cycle operations, ensuring quality selection and smooth onboarding of scholars • Assisting in community building and career development initiatives for SG Digital Scholarship recipients Requirements• Singaporeans only • Background in marketing, communications, events management, programme management, administration, or related fields • 1–2 years of relevant experience in similar scope of work • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced programme environment Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
