Responsibilities: • Strengthen existing merchant partnerships by understanding their needs and guiding them towards the adoption and expansion of payment services. • Identify and engage potential merchants to introduce secure and seamless payment solutions. • Provide educational support to merchants regarding service offerings, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring confidence in usage. • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships, establishing the organization as a trusted partner in merchant success. • Collect and analyze merchant feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of services. • Represent the organization's values of customer-centricity in all interactions. Requirements: • A relevant educational background (specific degree or equivalent experience). • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. • Prior experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management is preferred. • A strong passion for utilizing technology to support business growth and payment innovation. • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments. • Familiarity with the retail and food and beverage landscape in Singapore is advantageous.
