About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the team • Update and maintain case trackers, investigation records, and relevant registers • Monitor investigation timelines and follow up on overdue or outstanding cases • Coordinate with internal business units to track account closure status and case progress • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management reporting • Compile statistics, data summaries, and presentation materials for senior management • Ensure proper tracking and documentation of investigation cases • Escalate delayed cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders where necessary • Support preparation of management reports and presentation slides • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by Team Lead Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or related discipline • Prior administrative or operations experience in banking or financial services is preferred • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications • Good analytical and reporting skills Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
