Job Title: Outdoor Assistant Photographer (School Photography Projects –Contract) Employment Type: Seasonal / Temporary Contract Period: July to October 2026 Location: Various Schools in Singapore Working Hours: Based on school photography schedules (typically weekdays, early mornings required) Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and energetic Outdoor Assistant Photographer to support our school photography projects during the peak photography season from July to October.The successful candidate will assist photographers on-site at schools, help coordinate photography sessions, manage photography equipment, and ensure the smooth execution of individual and group photography assignments. Key Responsibilities • Assist photographers during school photography sessions. • Setup, dismantle, and transport photography equipment, backdrops, lighting, and accessories. • Organize students and staff for individual and group photographs. • Assist in arranging subjects according to photography guidelines. • Ensure photography areas are neat, safe, and ready before each session. • Help verify class lists and attendance records where required. • Carry and handle photography equipment with care. • Assist in crowd control and maintain an orderly flow of students during photography sessions. • Provide courteous assistance to school staff, teachers, and students. • Perform other operational duties assigned by the lead photographer or project coordinator. Requirements • 1-3 years of photography experience, preferably in a similar outdoor setting. • Proficient in Photoshop (image editing, retouching). • Basic Excel skills (data entry, organisation). • Familiarity with photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting). • Physically fit and able to carry photography equipment. • Comfortable working outdoors and in different school environments. • Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to interact positively with children, teachers, and school personnel. • Willing to travel to various schools across Singapore. • Valid driving license (mandatory for travel to school locations). Company van provided for work-related duties and travel. • Available to work throughout the contract period from July to October. Remuneration • The salary range for this position is $2,800 to $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Additional Notes • Candidates must be able to report punctually to designated school locations. • As photography sessions are conducted during school hours, early morning attendance is required. • Successful applicants are expected to maintain a professional appearance and conduct when representing the company at schools.
