• Translated user needs and business requirements into clear UX flows and design solutions. • Created wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes using Figma. • Collaborated with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams on design delivery. • Designed and maintained UI components aligned with the design system for consistency. • Produced user-focused digital assets including screens, banners, and EDM content. • Conducted design quality checks (DQA) to ensure implementation accuracy and UX integrity.
