We are looking for an experienced Patient Safety and Quality Lead to manage impactful projects and drive continuous improvement in healthcare practices. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clinical domain experts to design and implement strategies that enhance patient safety. • Lead large-scale sharing initiatives and foster partnerships to eliminate patient safety risks. • Guide project teams in defining goals, measurement indicators, and sustaining improvements. • Develop, conduct, and evaluate training programs to promote patient safety and quality practices. • Manage the cluster improvement portal and encourage project registrations for ongoing improvements. • Write PSQ-related proposals for funding and perform environmental scanning to identify new opportunities. Specific Requirements: • Relevant Postgraduate Master’s with at least 3 years of relevant experience or a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience. • Proven track record in leading patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • Experience with data management and statistical analysis. • Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration in patient safety.
