Role: Performance Tester JD: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering Strong expertise in analyzing performance testing requirements guiding client stakeholders and recommending efficient production like workload and test strategies Hands on experience in Test Planning Test Estimation Test Strategy definition Workload Modeling Test Case Design Test Environment Setup Test Data Setup and Defect Management Proficient in executing benchmark load stress endurance and other nonfunctional tests Monitor application and system logs to assess system behavior identify bottlenecks and address technical issues in coordination with cross functional teams Strong experience in analyzing performance test results including CPU utilization memory usage network usage garbage collection and database parameters and reports to validate application performance and stability Expertise in Performance Testing tools such as Micro Focus Micro Focus LoadRunner Enterprise LRE with mandatory handson experience in the following protocols Web HTTPHTML TruClient Web Services Java MQ RTE Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Geneos Grafana Prometheus BMC TrueSight and Splunk Handson programming experience in C C Java mandatory Experience with Agile development methodologies and exposure to onpremise and cloud architectures including OCP and AWS Ability to publish performance test results obtain stakeholder signoff prepare detailed status and test reports and continuously track and manage defects and issues Strong problemsolving abilities along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide actionable recommendations on areas requiring performance improvement Experience using JIRA and Confluence for defect tracking test documentation and collaboration
