Job Summary The role focuses on building partnerships with community organisations and arts and heritage groups to promote the scheme and tailor programme experiences to community needs. It also involves coordinating group and offsite visits, managing logistics and records, and supporting outreach and accessibility efforts, including assisting the public with digital access and extending reach through partner networks. Responsibilities • Identify and engage community organisations, social service agencies, and partners to promote the scheme and build strong collaborative relationships. • Collaborate with partners to design and package offsite visits that enhance accessibility and appeal to diverse target audiences. • Customize visit experiences with arts and heritage organisations to meet community needs and support programme impact goals. • Develop and implement materials and processes to streamline partner coordination and ensure consistent communication and operational efficiency. • Create partnership agreements and initiatives that increase participation and foster long-term engagement in arts and heritage programmes. • Facilitate and coordinate group visits, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared for smooth delivery. • Manage logistics for group visits, including transportation, ticketing, and on-site support to ensure seamless attendance experiences. • Track and maintain accurate records of group visit requests, logistics, and attendance to support reporting and programme evaluation. • Implement solutions to assist individuals facing digital access challenges, enabling barrier-free participation in scheme-supported programmes. • Collaborate with partners to provide alternative access methods such as assisted booking and offline registration for digitally limited participants. • Guide and support individuals in navigating digital platforms to access information and complete participation processes successfully. • Engage partners to leverage their marketing and communication channels to broaden the scheme’s reach and community awareness. • Coordinate dissemination of promotional materials and key messages through partner networks, ensuring alignment with scheme objectives. • Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives including briefings, roadshows, and community engagement sessions with partners and stakeholders. • Monitor and evaluate outreach impact and adjust strategies to optimize scheme effectiveness and beneficiary reach. Required competencies and certifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Community Engagement, Arts Management, Communications, or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in community engagement outreach, partnership management, or programme coordination • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders, logistics, and events effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders clearly and professionally • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital engagement tools to support application management and reporting Other Information • Working hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30am to 6pm), Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) • Location: Hill Street Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
