Project Coordinator (Logistics | Elevator Projects)

Location: Jurong East  Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-515pm  Salary: Up to $3500 Employment type: One year renewable contract About the Role: We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support project and delivery operations within an elevator engineering environment. This role involves coordinating the shipment of elevator systems and components for both local and overseas projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate delivery schedules for elevator components and systems across local and international projects • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to project sites • Liaise with customers and internal teams to obtain and verify product specifications, technical drawings, and order details • Ensure correct components are allocated and delivered according to project requirements • Work closely with engineering, project, and warehouse teams to support smooth execution • Prepare and manage shipping documentation for overseas deliveries • Troubleshoot and resolve delivery discrepancies or documentation issues Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field • Experience in logistics coordination, engineering support, or project coordination preferred • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications will be an advantage • Familiar with international shipping processes and documentation (preferred) • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently To apply, please click on “Apply Now” or email your latest resume to dorothy@recruitlync.com / WhatsApp 85017683.
