Project Engineer (MEP)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Design & Technical Coordination • Review and coordinate MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. • Work closely with internal design teams, consultants, and BIM teams to resolve technical issues and ensure design intent is maintained. • Identify potential design conflicts and propose engineering solutions to support constructability. Project & Site Management • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on site. • Monitor MEP construction progress and ensure works are completed according to project schedule and approved drawings. • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works. Data Centre Infrastructure • Support the implementation of critical MEP systems including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and fire protection systems. • Ensure all MEP installations meet data centre operational requirements and reliability standards. • Assist in system integration and coordination of critical infrastructure for mission-critical facilities. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.   • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry. • Familiarity with MEP systems including HVAC, electrical power distribution, fire protection, and plumbing systems. • Ability to review technical drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
