Admin Executive [Grant Claims Processing | Up to $2,900 per month]Job Description:Are you looking to contribute your skills to a role that supports efficient grant claims management? We are seeking an Admin Executive to join a dynamic team where you’ll have the opportunity to be part of important administrative processes aimed at minimizing claim rejections and ensuring smooth grant processing. As a part of the team, you will work closely with social service agencies to ensure that submissions are processed efficiently and on time, allowing organizations to focus on their core mission. Your responsibilities will include claims management, data tracking, and general administrative support. Key Responsibilities:Claims Management Support: • Proactively send reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely claims submissions. • Identify potential issues early and provide guidance to minimize re-submissions. • Assist agencies in completing accurate claims to ensure smooth approval processes. • Handle queries related to claims and offer timely resolutions. Data Management: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems and databases. • Ensure proper filing and documentation of claim submissions for easy access. General Administration: • Organize meetings and handle coordination tasks as required. • Support with ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations. What We Are Looking For:• Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level. • Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support experience, including record-keeping and liaising with external stakeholders. • Skills: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Experience with mail merge is a plus. What We Offer:• Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-month contract • Salary: $2,200 - $2,900 per month, depending on experience. • Location: Ghim Moh, Singapore. • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
