Project Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Staffing-focused Project Manager with strong experience in IT resource augmentation and customer/vendor coordination. The role involves managing end-to-end staffing delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of resource requirements, and supporting project engagements, particularly within banking and financial services environments. Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end staffing and resource augmentation activities for client requirements • Gather and understand customer requirements and translate them into staffing needs • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates • Arrange and support candidate interviews with clients • Ensure timely deployment of resources within agreed timelines and budgets • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on staffing-related matters • Collaborate with sales and account teams to support pipeline and business growth • Track onboarding, replacements, and resource movements effectively • Provide regular status updates and manage escalations related to staffing delivery Required Qualifications & Experience• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles • Strong experience in IT staffing / resource augmentation (mandatory) • Experience working with clients and vendors in delivery environments • Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Basic understanding of technology environments including Java Oracle / databases Basic AI concepts or emerging technologies • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Added Advantage• Experience working with banking or financial services project. • Understanding of banking industry operations, governance, and delivery models • Experience in regulated environments or enterprise staffing engagements
