About this role
Key Responsibilities • Drive regional alignment across segments and markets, ensuring clear understanding of initiative objectives, customer journeys, operating requirements, and dependencies • Facilitate coordination among regional and in-market stakeholders to support cohesive execution of Wealth Continuum and Connectivity initiatives • Support end-to-end project execution and launch readiness for cross-segment and cross-market initiatives • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality delivery of initiatives • Design and deliver real-time, client-level dashboards tracking the journey from leads to account opening • Partner with Regional Wealth Data and Finance teams to develop monthly control tower reporting and MIS for senior management • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data for reporting and decision-making • Monitor client traction and progress across segments and markets in collaboration with frontline and regional stakeholders • Identify process bottlenecks and “choke points,” and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience • Partner with Regional Platforms teams to define requirements for workflow tools and automation solutions • Support development and implementation of workflow workbench across segments and markets • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and stakeholder requests • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for senior management as required • Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within banking, wealth management, or financial services • Proven experience managing cross-functional, regional projects with multiple stakeholders • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, dashboarding, and MIS reporting • Familiarity with client journey mapping, process optimization, and workflow automation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
