☑ Well Established ACMV Company ☑ Working Hours: Monday - Sat 8.30am - 6.30pm ☑ Salary: $4000- $6000 (Depend on Experience) ☑ Location: Tengah Project ☑ At least 15years Experience in QS Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and take off measurements from ID drawings • Source, request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ) and cost breakdowns • Monitor project costs to ensure they stay within budget • Check and verify progress claims and variation orders (VOs) • Prepare final accounts and project cost reports • Liaise with designers, project managers, contractors and clients • Ensure all cost and contractual matters comply with agreements Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field Seize This Opportunity!
