Working Hours • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) • Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) • No weekends or public holidays required. Role Overview We are looking for a meticulous, service-oriented School Administration & Front Desk Executive to join our team. You will be the primary face of the school, delivering professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. You will manage frontline counters, handle core school administrative processes, and provide crucial operational support to our academic departments and committees. Key Responsibilities 1. Frontline & Customer Service • Manage the reception counter. • Attend to walk-in and call-in enquiries from parents, students, vendors, and staff. • Handle sensitive enquiries, including guiding parents through Financial Assistance Schemes (FAS) processes. 2. General Administration & Operations • Manage inbound logistics by receiving goods and maintaining a daily record of all incoming mail/deliveries. • Assist the Relief Team in monitoring daily attendance for school and contract staff. • Perform ad-hoc administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the Administration Managers. 3. Academic & Committee Support • Support the school’s Discipline Committee with administrative tasks (e.g., tracking late-comers, managing detention class registers). • Oversee the secure collection, safe-keeping, and return of student mobile phones. • Manage the school’s lost-and-found system. 4. Technical Printing Services • Operate high-volume school office equipment (e.g., commercial photocopiers, laminating machines, and binding machines). • Deliver efficient printing services for staff, including worksheets, circulars, test papers, and notes. Job Requirements Experience & Education • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and office administration, ideally within an educational or Ministry of Education (MOE) school environment. • Education: Minimum O-Level / N-Level / ITE Certification (or equivalent) with relevant administrative experience. Technical Competencies • IT Literacy: Proficient in IT word processing and spreadsheet software (specifically Microsoft Word and Excel). • Office Machinery: Adept at operating standard office hardware (photocopier, laminator, binding machine).
